Greg Hall

President, AEP Energy, AEP Renewables, AEP Energy Partners

Greg is responsible for many of AEP’s unregulated businesses. As president of AEP Renewables, his team develops, owns and operates large wind and solar energy generation projects. His retail team, AEP Energy, is responsible for selling electricity, natural gas and related products. Also under his jurisdiction is AEP OnSite Partners, a distributed energy solution company focused on solving energy-related issues on customer sites. Last of all, Greg oversees AEP Energy Partners, which offers customized wholesale power supply products.

Greg was named to his current position in October 2006. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility with the Commercial Operations group at AEP. Greg holds a Master of Arts degree in Geography from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Brigham Young University.

James C. Petersen

Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Retail Services

Jim is responsible for the growth and profitability of the retail energy business, and manages and improves the company’s information technology, customer service, billing, credit, collections, financial reporting/analysis, strategic planning and programs, new market entry and other operational activities.

Prior to joining AEP Energy, Jim enjoyed an extensive career with Motorola, Inc. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Scott Slisher

President, AEP OnSite Partners and Chief Solutions Officer, AEP Energy

Scott leads the expansion of AEP’s competitive business platforms with retail energy end users and behind-the-meter solutions. His teams work to develop and execute value-added energy solutions to customers.

Scott has extensive experience having held numerous leadership positions with several energy companies such as NiSource, AEP, Integrys Energy Services and Solargenix Energy. He holds a Master of Business from Indiana University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Amber Ruby

Vice President, Retail Customer Solutions

Amber is responsible for AEP Energy’s commercial and industrial sales teams, sales enablement and sales operations organizations. Her teams facilitate AEP Energy’s development and delivery of customized and scalable energy solutions.

Amber has held a variety of leadership positions serving residential, commercial and industrial customers. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management, both with a focus on Project Management from Colorado Technical University.

George Deljevic

Vice President, Energy Services, AEP Energy

George leads AEP Energy’s Energy Services, which provides landscape and opportunity assessment, strategy development, project execution and program management services related to energy supply management, sustainability and renewables, efficiency and technology, energy demand management and energy usage and cost management.

George has extensive experience in all aspects of the retail energy industry, having held a variety of leadership and contributory roles in both large-scale and pure start-up operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit.

Frank Willson

Vice President, Residential and Small Business Solution Sales

Frank is responsible for the Residential and Small Business Solution Sales teams at AEP Energy. His team manages a variety of sales channels including Field Sales, Direct Mail, eCommerce, Municipal Aggregation, Inbound Telemarketing, as well as Account Management and Renewal/Retention.

Frank was named to his current position in 2015. Prior to that he was the vice president of marketing upon joining the company in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts from Carson-Newman College in Tennessee.

Adam E. Kirk

Managing Director, Structuring and Risk Management

Adam is responsible for the company’s pricing, transaction structuring, risk management and deal desk functions. At AEP, Adam also managed the company’s financial planning and analysis team, has extensive leadership experience focusing on risk management, and has previously held positions in energy trading.

With over 15 years in the energy industry, Adam’s additional experience includes commodities valuation and finance roles at Morgan Stanley in New York. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ohio University, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The Ohio State University.

Joyce Williams

Managing Director, Marketing & Data Analytics, AEP Energy

Joyce leads the marketing, communications and cultural endeavors of AEP Energy. As an accomplished communications and organizational development executive, she is responsible for the delivery of mission-driven communications that express the voice and values of AEP Energy to the customers, employees and communities we serve.

Joyce has extensive experience in a variety of industries and organizations that include consumer products, technology software and consulting, marketing and advertising and retail energy supply. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Millikin University.

Michael Nelson

Chief Information Officer, AEP Energy

Mike leads IT strategy and execution, information security, governance processes and infrastructure delivery for AEP Energy.

Prior to joining AEP Energy, Mike led an internal technology infrastructure team at Bank One Corporation and then helped build a technology startup to profitability and eventual acquisition by The Hartford Financial Services Group in 2008.

Mike is a graduate of Brigham Young University and earned a master’s degree in History from The Ohio State University.

Kevin Weber

Managing Director of Operations, AEP Energy

Kevin is responsible for customer operations including customer service, quality and compliance, contract management, billing, accounts receivable and collections, as well as utility services, SOX compliance and internal controls activities.

Kevin began his career with AEP in 2005 within IT Corporate Planning. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo. Kevin is also a veteran of the Army National Guard.
